The location is excellent for a short trip to Rome; close to the Termini train station and the metro. Max, our host, was extremely friendly. Our room was quiet and clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was served at a nearby cafe. All in all, great value for money!

The location was handy and exceptionally nice, away from the Coliseum. the interior design was unique. - It was right by the train station and other famous sightseeing spots which is really important in Rome. - the queen room was tastefully decorated and nicely furnished with great film poster decor. - the breakfasts were marvelous and included coffee, cereals, and jam.

Max was a great host providing several useful information.People complain about the breakfast, but they forget in Rome everybody has breakfast at bars. I quite enjoyed. Of course, there was no variety, but the atmosphere was quite italian, the bar staff was very nice, and the hot chocolate and croissants are quite good to start the day.
My only complain about the hotel was its location which was not so close to the Termini (about 700meters),, in a dark area (it does not mean dangerous!!) with few transportation options late at night. So, think about it, mainly if you are going with kids. Other than that is a good deal for your money, considering Rome hotel rates.

The breakfasts here are fantastic with delicious pastries provided by the friendly staff, and the location is wonderful within a 10-15 minute walk from a Roman gate.

I appreciated 2 nights there. I went on a weekend and everything here was perfect. It was in a handy location with a monumental cathedral nearby. I got complimentary queen room as an upgrade, nice gesture. The continental breakfast was savoury!
